Halyard (which in nautical terms is the rope that hoists and lowers sails on boats) is a brand new apartment community located in Gloucester, MA.  Given it’s quintessential New England locale and rich shipping history, TMD was inspired to create a very unique and streamlined interiors.  The clubhouse building showcases many examples of the nautical theme from boat-shaped light fixtures, custom wooden screens to replicate the sails of a sailboat to a gallery wall of black and white photography exhibiting historical images of the area.
